We are looking for a Business Development Manager. Founded in 2016, NovoStack is quickly making it's name as one of the leading startups providing Web and Mobile based solutions to it's clientele. We are looking for someone to get in new prospects and clients and help the company grow owing to your network and reach.

We are looking for someone who is :-

  • Young / Dynamic and someone with pleasing / optimistic personality.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Good at cold calling, has good network and can get new projects.
  • Has experience in bidding at websites like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru.
  • Ability to generate leads via multiple channels and closing it.
  • Understanding client requirements and working proactively with the client as to make a solution.
  • Negotiating terms with clients.
  • Getting information of market and consumer acquisition.
  • Reviewing your performance and meeting / setting targets.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development within an IT company.
  • Knowledge / Working experience of bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru.
  • Strong English skills.
